Terms of sale and use

These terms apply to The AI Playbook website and the purchase of its digital PDF.

Seller and contact

The AI Playbook is operated by Steven Esler. Questions, support requests and complaints can be sent to steve.esler@gmail.com. The seller’s geographic business address will be supplied before live consumer sales begin and in the order confirmation.

The digital product

The AI Playbook is a downloadable PDF containing practical AI-adoption guidance and worksheets. The product page states the current contents, total price and delivery method. It is general business guidance, not legal, financial or cybersecurity advice, and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Orders, payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. The PDF will be made available or emailed to the address supplied at checkout. If it does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us so delivery can be corrected.

Cancellation for immediate digital delivery

If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. Where you ask for immediate supply of digital content, delivery will begin only after you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this causes the cancellation right to be lost once download or delivery begins. This does not affect rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PDF within your own business. You may print working copies for your internal team. You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload or adapt it for commercial redistribution without written permission.

Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, you remain responsible for decisions and implementations made using the material.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
